These terms cover use of the PartnerStack MCP server. They supplement the PartnerStack Terms of Service, which continue to apply.
Any active member of a PartnerStack company (vendor) account can connect. Partner accounts can't connect yet. What you can do through the connection is limited by your PartnerStack role and permissions.
Tools that create or change data are marked so your assistant asks for confirmation before running them. You are responsible for reviewing and approving changes your AI assistant makes on your behalf.
Summaries and answers are produced by your AI assistant, not by PartnerStack. Check important figures against PartnerStack before acting on them.
Your use of an AI assistant is governed by that provider’s terms. PartnerStack is not responsible for third-party assistants or how they process data.
PartnerStack may add, change or remove MCP tools over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page.
