PartnerStack and 9 Partners Launch Exclusive Data Report for International Women's Day 2025

The new survey data of more than 100 women in SaaS reveals both the challenges and pathways to progress.

Toronto — March 7, 2025 — PartnerStack recognizes Women in SaaS with an exclusive report and panel event to mark International Women’s Day 2025.

Women keep the ecosystem running. It’s a fact that we’ve known and celebrated for years through PartnerStack’s previous International Women’s Day campaigns which highlighted women leading partnerships and women GTM leaders. And in 2025, we’re going a step further by collecting and sharing the important data on women in SaaS.

PartnerStack joined forces with our nine partner organizations — AIM, Carbon6, ContactMonkey, DomainTools, Fluincy. For Female Founders, Jane App, Pavilion and Pressbooks to launch Women in SaaS 2025, our most comprehensive campaign yet.

Getting the data on women in SaaS

The campaign kicked off with an anonymous survey of more than 100 women in SaaS, uncovering critical insights into their experiences and achievements. The findings, compiled into a detailed report, reveal both the resilience and the hurdles women face in the SaaS ecosystem.

Launching on March 7, 2025, the Women in SaaS 2025 Report will cover topics ranging from navigating microaggressions and burnout to driving revenue and managing teams.

Women are not only keeping the industry afloat but also pushing it forward — often while earning less than their male counterparts. Yet, the data also offers hope and a path forward.

“For International Women’s Day 2025, we are making PartnerStack history with this campaign — living and breathing partnerships with our nine partners, with exceptional women leaders at our partner companies,” says Chloe Tse, Director of Content Marketing, who was adamant about putting out a meaningful campaign that went beyond performative marketing, rounding up women leaders looking to do the same.

“We sought out to get the data on the work women were already doing in SaaS to capture it in our report. This represents a snapshot in time and pauses us to reflect so we can do better. We have the opportunity to be on the right side of history and do right by women in our industry — ensuring they get the recognition and compensation they deserve for their excellent work.”

Key insights from the report include statistics that speak to the important work women are doing — and the work that still needs to be done to make the industry more equitable.

  • 84% of respondents contribute
to revenue growth at their company
  • 76%  of respondents believe women have a significant influence on purchasing software at their organizations
  • 94% of respondents have faced gender discrimination in
their career

“PartnerStack is proud to support Women in SaaS 2025 and is committed to supporting women in the workplace,” says Bryn Jones, CEO of PartnerStack. “With so many incredible women in our ecosystem, from our customers to our partners to the women who work at our company — I stand with the incredible women leaders in our industry as an ally. This is a report everyone in partnerships and SaaS at large should read.”

In addition to the Women in SaaS 2025 campaign happening in March, PartnerStack is sponsoring For Female Founders and Athena Collective to help encourage opportunities for women in leadership.
