In PartnerStack's 2025 product roundup, we’re diving into the latest Marketplace updates and reporting enhancements that make it easier than ever to scale partnerships and showcase results.

Last quarter, PartnerStack shipped significant updates across the vendor and partner portal that make partnerships more powerful and measurable. These updates focus on solving two key challenges for partner leaders: discovering the right partners and proving their impact. Plus, with major updates to our Marketplace and reporting tools, we’ve also made it easier to scale your program with high-quality partners and track performance with greater precision. 

Read on for the highlights from our recent releases that will make your partnerships run even smoother — and make it easier to showcase their impact. 

Streamlined recruitment: Finding the right partners

New Network Marketplace

Building a successful partner program starts with attracting the right partners. That’s why we redesigned the PartnerStack Network Marketplace, making it easier than ever for partners to discover and join your program. 

Here’s what’s new:

  • Intuitive user interface: A sleek, modern design that simplifies navigation and program discovery.
  • Advanced search and filtering: Partners can now find programs tailored to their needs with improved search capabilities.
  • Enhanced vendor profiles: Detailed program pages showcasing commission structures, benefits and product overviews.

Find and engage the right partners at scale

Partner Discovery

To help our vendors overcome the challenges of finding and engaging the right partners at scale, we've made key updates to our Recruit tool that improve search efficiency, expand global reach and streamline the partner discovery process. Plus, we’ve added 350+ commission-earning partners to our Network already in 2025, making your recruitment pool that much bigger. 

Here’s what’s new: 

  • Smarter, faster search: We've improved our search to make it smarter, faster and more forgiving. Search with multiple keywords, even if you're a bit typo-prone (we all are!). 
  • Go global: Find incredible partners in multiple languages, using local language keywords to find them easily. Plus, we now showcase B2B influencers. Filter by "influencer" or search terms like "social media" or "YouTube" to connect with the right partners, opening up a world of possibilities.
  • Improved partner profiles: You can now filter and search partner profiles by partner type (affiliate, influencer, agency, etc.) and selling method (direct, referrals, paid search, social, etc.) across more than 1,000 partners.

Bonus: we’ve set up weekly reminder emails to review partner applications. We know how busy things can get, so these reminders help maintain momentum in your recruitment efforts without letting important opportunities slip by.

Enhanced lead and deal tracking within the partner workflow

Network Connect App for HubSpot

This app enables your partners to send referrals directly from their HubSpot account. In just a few clicks, partners can share lead and deal information directly and monitor progress. By meeting partners where they work, the Network Connect App for HubSpot makes it easier to onboard and activate them, driving more revenue for your business. 

Here’s what’s new:

  • Seamless deal submission in HubSpot: Partners can now submit deals directly from HubSpot, streamlining the referral process and reducing manual work. 
  • Effortless deal updates and autofill: Once a deal is submitted, key details like company and contact information autofill automatically. Partners can also update deal stages without leaving HubSpot, ensuring more accurate tracking with less back-and-forth.
  • More locations to access the app: Partners can now access the app  directly from the right-hand drawer in HubSpot, making lead & deal management more seamless and flexible. By aligning the app card on the right (the preferred and expected app extension location) we make it easier for partners to access and use lead forms.

As we simplified how you find the right-fit partners, we also enhanced our reporting tools, making it easier to measure and showcase the impact of those partnerships.

Enhanced reporting for proving your results

Partner Activity Report

Track all partner activity in one place with deeper analytics and insights into program growth, high-impact partners and key actions.

With this report, you can:

  • Track program growth: Explore how many partners are joining programs monthly, quarterly or yearly to measure expansion efforts.
  • Identify high-impact partners: Analyze how many partners are driving key metrics like clicks, signups, paid customers, leads and deals.
  • Check partner activity: Identify which partners did or did not accept Terms of Service (ToS) agreements.
  • Monitor last login date: See when partners last logged in to better monitor engagement.
  • Filter by group: Easily see how many partners in each group are joining by month.

Drill-down reports

New drill-down exports all you to click into your data, and access more detailed partner activity beyond standard reports.

  • Drill-down (vendor): Program managers can now drill deeper into performance data with filters, date ranges and groupings, providing precise insights and easy-to-export data. 
  • Drill-down (partner): Partners can track revenue more effectively with drill-downs, an easy-to-use modal that provides detailed insights into commissions, transactions and customer data, complete with SubIDs, filters, date ranges and groupings.

Flexible filtering and enhanced data views

To complement our advanced reporting features, we introduced flexible filtering and enhanced data views, giving you even greater control over partner insights.

  • New enhanced filters: Program Managers can now filter by “Has Signed ToS” and “Last Seen At” to monitor partner engagement more effectively, making it easy to track active partners and follow up with those who need attention.
  • Archived partner control in data exports: Easily include or exclude archived partners in your data exports for more accurate reporting.
