Women in SaaS Contest Terms & Conditions

No purchase of our products or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning. by providing a submission, the entrant agrees to be bound by these official terms and conditions.

By entering the "Women in SaaS" Contest, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Timing: the Contest period begins as of March 25, 2025 and will be open until June 30, 2025. PartnerStack reserves the right to extend any dates, periods or winner announcement dates.
2. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry working in the SaaS industry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Contest organizers are not eligible to participate. Prizes in the contest will be awarded to randomly selected entrants.
3. How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must fill out the online “give away a flower” form available on our website. The intent of this form is to personally recognize a woman leader. By submitting the form, you and the (nominated recipient) will be automatically entered into the contest. Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Prize: The winners (entrant and nominated recipient) will receive a fully-paid trip to our upcoming STACK’D event, including airfare, accommodations, and event tickets. Travel dates and locations are subject to availability and may be adjusted at the sole discretion of the contest organizers.
5. Selection of Winner: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted via the email provided on the entry form after the contest ends. If the winner does not accept or respond within 72 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected.
6. Limitations: The contest is only open to individuals located in North America. The prize (airfare, accommodations, and event tickets) are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other substitutes. The winner must be able to travel on the specified dates and must comply with any travel restrictions in place due to health or safety regulations.
7. Travel Requirements: The winner is responsible for any additional expenses not included in the prize (e.g., personal expenses, meals, travel insurance). The organizers are not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the trip.
8. Publicity: By entering the contest, you consent to the use of your name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes related to the contest, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy:  By entering this contest, you agree that: 
   1. your contact information may be added to our mailing lists for future promotions and updates. You can opt out or unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by reaching out to us at [designated email]. 
   2. your information may be processed for the purposes of the Contest. Where your personal information is processed, same will be in compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws. You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Your personal data will not be retained longer than necessary for these purposes and will be securely deleted when no longer required.
10. General Terms: The contest organizers reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest at their discretion. The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law
