A recipe is a set of automated steps that move data between your apps. Each recipe starts with a trigger, such as a new partner joining your program, and is followed by a series of actions, such as creating a lead in Salesforce or sending a notification in Slack. Recipes run automatically once activated, so your workflows run without manual input.

Yes. The integration suite supports a REST data connector that lets you connect to virtually any system without writing code. For more advanced use cases, existing connectors can also be extended via the SDK or by adding functions from the REST connector.
