Navigate to Integrations in your PartnerStack dashboard and select Salesforce. You’ll authenticate using a dedicated Salesforce integration user, so make sure that user has API access and permissions for the objects you want to sync. Yes. The Salesforce user you authenticate with must have API access enabled and permission to access the specific objects, such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities, that you want PartnerStack to interact with. It’s best practice to set up a dedicated integration user for this.
PartnerStack can sync with Leads, Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities in Salesforce. Common automations include creating Salesforce Leads for new partner referrals, creating Contacts when a partner joins your program, and creating Accounts and Opportunities for partner-submitted deals.
Yes. You can connect PartnerStack to a Salesforce sandbox environment to build and test your automations. When you’re ready to launch, you can switch the connection to your production instance; just make sure your field configurations match across the two environments.
Partner-driven leads, deal registrations and customer milestones can all be synced from PartnerStack into Salesforce. This gives your sales team full visibility into the partner-sourced pipeline alongside every other revenue channel, without the need to log in to PartnerStack separately.
Yes. You can set up triggers in PartnerStack that fire when a referral reaches a specific milestone in Salesforce, such as a deal closing or a customer reaching a revenue threshold. When that trigger fires, PartnerStack automatically calculates and queues the partner payout based on your reward rules.
Yes. PartnerStack is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant across all five trust services criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.
