Set up automated emails designed to give new partners the information they need — and motivate them. Take the opportunity to remind partners about your commission structure and provide them with marketing materials to motivate them to get to their first — and second — sale quickly. In your PartnerStack dashboard, under Enablement, click Email Campaigns to create a new one-time Regular email or Automated email sequence and Launch builder to compose your message.
After reminding partners how your program works, give them the tools to self-serve. Provide them with detailed instructions on how they can make the most of their partner portal. You want to make it easy for partners to find the information and materials they need from the start to keep their excitement about your program and offering top of mind. Through the Automation tab in the email builder, you can set rules for when partners will receive emails, like upon joining or after three days of joining your program.
Beyond onboarding, you can also automate emails based on when partners complete certain actions, like after they complete a training or get their first signups or sale. You can create bonus offers that encourage higher value transactions or encourage the partner through SPIFFs or tiers.
